Great value for money in a fantastic location with a beautiful beach right at the edge of the resort.
What guests loved:
Everything was so clean and had fantastic amenities with great food and wonderful service.
Areas for improvement:
One of the lifts was out of order, but that didn’t affect anything really.

Very pleasant place and experience. Choice of restaurants more restricted than promised.
What guests loved:
Very nice layout of the hotel, great sandy beach and sea, high-quality rooms, responsive staff, good service, good food.
Areas for improvement:
The hotel policy and the app for the pre-booking of the on-site restaurants are very inconvenient. Hotel complex is somewhat insufficiently illuminated at night (protection of sea turtles).

Mostly great, needs a few tweaks to be a real 5 star
What guests loved:
Guest relations and bar staff were excellent, especially Mario's and the girls. Meza restaurant was excellent. Choice of drinks good. Plenty of sunbeds and nice beach access

Reception staff Pool size Gym ok but needs more equipment Buffet food average, no show cooking? Food often cold View was a sea view but barely visable

Fantastic luxury holiday with a baby
What guests loved:
Excellent location with the pool, bar, restaurant and beach right beside the room. Staff were great and so helpful. Delicious food with a huge range of choice.
